Rockbeare Chiropractic clinic open for urgent care, in line with government and British Chiropractic Associations guidelines. We will be slowly reopening in stages, first those with urgent clinical need. Please call 01392 984959 or email karen@khchiropractic.com to book your Chiropractic treatment.
Please do not book an appointment if you have:
A high temperature (>37.8°C)
A new, continuous cough
Loss of smell
Our Chiropractors will be implementing high levels of sanitation, while minimising contact time in clinic, as far as reasonably possible.
Risk assessments and over the phone or video triage, of each patient, will be carried out to ensure it is safe for them to attend a face-to-face treatment. Your chiropractor will be wearing appropriate PPE as recommended by the government and British Chiropractic Association. If you have a face mask or face covering, please wear it.
Patients will be spaced generously apart to allow our Chiropractors time to disinfect surfaces between patients. Our clinic setup means there will only be contact between practitioner and patient, further minimising the risk.
What do we need you to do?
Patients are asked to wear a mask or face covering.
Patients are to arrive no more than 5minutes early to their appointment, and not late to avoid overcrowding.
Patients should only be accompanied if minors, or require assistance. Other family members or friends are requested to stay outside or at home.
Upon arrival at the clinic, patients are asked to wait outside ‘The Running Works’, on Creechurch Lane. Your Chiropractor will call you into the building when suitable. If waiting outside is not possible, patients will have the option to wait in the seating area outside the treatment room.
In the unlikely event of cross-over with another patient, we ask you to make a continuous effort to remain socially distanced at all times.
Patients are asked to leave accessory such as watches, jewellery, bags etc at home.
Hand sanitiser will be available & all patients will be requested to wash their hands when entering & exiting the clinic.
Patients are asked to wear appropriate clothing; we will not be able to provide any gowns during this time.
Patients are encouraged not to remain in the clinic after their appointment for longer than is absolutely necessary.
Payments made in the clinic will be cashless where possible. Card machines will be wiped down before and after use.
Please reschedule your appointment if you:
1. Are experiencing any signs & symptoms of COVID-19
- Cough
- Sore throat
- Loss of smell
- Fever
2. Have been exposed to anyone with suspected or diagnosed COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
If you are in the ‘at risk group‘, you are strongly advised NOT to receive care at this time. Please contact your Chiropractor to discuss.
Ultimately, at KH Chiropractic, we are doing all that we reasonably can to minimise risk. However, we cannot eliminate risk, especially as COVID-19 can be spread by those showing no symptoms.
Our practice is open for those in urgent need of physical treatment. For those who would still like guidance but would not be classed as urgent we are still offering our online Chiropractic service via video link.
