What’s changed at Cranbrook Chiropractic since Covid-19 restriction eased?

Following the 19th July 2021 easing of Covid-19 restrictions we wanted to update you on our clinical requirements. As a healthcare clinic we will be keeping all our protocols in place for the time being.

Due to the close proximity of treatment and the need to keep everyone as safe as possible we still require patient to wear a mask and hand sanitise on arrival.

Cranbrook chiropractors will continue to wear PPE and maintain the Chiropractic clinics Covid-19 protocol. All our patients health and wellbeing is a priority.

Important Information

DO NOT come to clinic if:

You have any symptoms of COVID-19 (high temperature, a new continuous cough, loss or change in your sense of taste or smell)
You have been in contact with anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 (cough +/or high temperature.)
If you are in a highly vulnerable ‘shielded’ group, or feel vulnerable you may still attend the clinic, however we will risk assess each case. We will aim to get you treated at the most appropriate appointment time to minimise risk.

How to book and comply with Covid restrictions

Call, email or book online to schedule your appointment.
For initial appointments – All forms will be emailed to you prior to your appointment, please complete and submit before the day.
Please use hand sanitiser as you enter the premises and when you leave.
Do not turn up for your appointment any more than 5minutes early. Just as importantly do not turn up late as we won’t be able to extend your visit due strict cleaning regimes for our next patients.
