Cervicogenic dizziness presents as neck pain and dizziness combined. It can be caused by traumatic, degenerative, inflammatory or mechanical problems of the cervical spine can cause cervicogenic dizziness and unsteadiness.

The severity of dizziness is usually proportional to severity of cervical (neck) symptoms, such as pain, stiffness and numbness.
